IAN HOW, 恩报林集团创办人。秉持诚信与专业的态度服务，引领及驱使集团发展。 他首要负责制定集团发展方向及商业计划。 IAN 也是一位拥有25年经验的执业律师。他执业范围非常广泛，包括了企业兼并和收购。凭借丰富的法律经验，及创意和分析性思维， 他将把集团的发展推向更辉煌的巅峰。

IAN HOW, Chief Executive Officer
Ian How is the founder and Executive Director of the Empyrean Group. Ian has been the driving force of the Group’s development, growth and expansion, and is primarily responsible for formulating its overall development strategies and business plans. Ian is a qualified solicitor by profession and has practised in various areas of laws including mergers & acquisitions. His 25 years in legal practise gave him the benefit of creativity and analytical thinking which can bring the Group to great height in success. His extensive legal exposure makes him a man with business integrity, care and professionalism.
李国富先生, 运营总监
李国富先生, Pembinaan Wen Tze Sdn Bhd 的创办人及行政总裁，属马来西亚工业发展局G7等级承包商。 他从事建筑业30逾年，也参与了几项大型私营与政府的建设项目，包括士毛月富贵山庄、蒲种收费站，及位于金马伦和麻坡的医院。他丰富的建筑业经验给予恩报林集团更多的发展潜能。

K. F. LEE, Chief Operations Officer
K. F. Lee is the founder and CEO of Pembinaan Wen Tze Sdn. Bhd. which holds a G7 CIDB license. K. F. Lee has been in the construction line for more than 30 years and have been involved in several massive private and government projects including Nirvana Semenyih, Puchong Toll and hospitals in Cameron Highlands and Muar. His experience in construction is a major benefit to the group's developments, now and in the future.
Peter Cheah, 企业与法务总监
Peter Cheah 拥有工商管理硕士文凭, 于1998年创办了Messers Peter Cheah & Co。目前是律所的管理合伙人，也是恩报林集团的企业与法务总监。
他曾领导 Low Yat Group旗下企业的法务并累积了许多企业兼并与收购的经验，也处理过各类型企业诉讼，包括资产清算、拍卖、资产追偿、破产程序、遗嘱及遗产分配、产权交易等各种法律事务。

PETER CHEAH, Chief Corporate & Legal Affairs Officer
Peter Cheah a MBA degree holder, has established his own private practice known as Messrs. Peter Cheah & Co. on 9th March 1998 as a sole proprietorship firm. The firm had since grown into a partnership and he is currently the Managing Partner of the firm.
Peter Cheah also has vast experience in corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions whilst heading the legal team at Low Yat Group of Companies and handling civil, commercial and corporate litigation matters including applications under the Companies Act 1965 (now 2015), winding up of companies, foreclosures proceedings, debt recovery, bankruptcy, probate & administration, land dealing and other corporate and commercial matters, etc.
